How do I register for an online account if I do not yet have a Social Security number?

If you do not have a social security number to register, you will need to call our office at 888-370-3640 to speak with a Customer Service Representative to assist you with your registration.

Why can’t I register? I am entering the correct information.

If you are having trouble registering even though you are entering your information accurately, you will need to call our office at 1-888-370-3640 to speak with a Customer Service Representative to assist you with your registration.

How do I make a payment?

You can make a payment online or over the phone using our automated pay by phone system (IVR) 24/7 by calling 888-370-3640.

Can I make a payment with a credit card?

Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay by Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I make a payment with a bank account or a debit card?

Yes. We accept bank cards and payments directly from a checking or savings account. The savings account must allow for withdrawals.

How do I set up automatic payments for my account?

You can set up automatic payments online or by calling our office at 888-370-3640 to speak with a Customer Service Representative using a debit card/credit card or checking/savings account.

What is the grace period to make a payment in order to avoid incurring a late fee?

Refer to your contract for your loan’s late fee policy. Call us at 888-370-3640 with questions.

Can I make payments toward only my principal balance?

Yes. You can reduce your principal balance by paying more than your scheduled monthly payment as well as increasing the frequency of your payments. Example: making weekly or bi-weekly payments can reduce the principal balance. 

I am having trouble keeping up with my payments. What options do I have?
